CONDITIONS OF TERMS

We hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Our return policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase.

If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

 - Product is defective

 - Product must be unopened

- Product must be in original packaging with labels

- Product must be unworn, unopened (no sign of usage or washed)

- Product must not be damaged

- Skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistance seals, wrapped in original plastic if any

- Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns wont be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled and may be sent back to the customer

- Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn (please try them on any carpet to avoid damage)

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and item may be sent back to you.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty:

  • Made to measure items (where an item is made based on your measurements that you shared with us).
  • Jewelry for pierced ears
  • Ladies briefs
  • Men's underwear
  • Hair accessories
  • Cosmetics
  • Fragrances
  • Bodysuits and shapewear
  • Sale and clearance items can not be returned for refund, only regular priced items are eligible for refund.

SHIPPING THE RETURN

  1. In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
  2. Returns should go back to the brand directly using labels provided by Porterium only, please do not return your order via any other means.
  3. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
  4. Once the brand received the returned item(s) we will credit the full amount to the original purchaser's payment card, excluding any shipping costs.
  5. Once your parcel has been returned to the original sender, please allow up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
  6. Please note all import duties / taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. 

SHOPPED PIECES FROM MULTIPLE DESIGNERS?

Please note that we work with designers globally. If you place a multi-brand order, you will not always receive your items at the same time and in the same package. You may receive multiple shipment notification emails to track the status of individual items.
